End of Basketball Season
Brayden just had his last practice/scrimmage for basketball this past weekend. He was excited cause he knew there would be a couple surprises in store!
They started off with their normal warm ups and drills. Then split into teams and began to scrimmage. I got a few little video clips of Brayden in action. And if there is anything we have learned over the last 8 weeks, it is that Brayden is a ball hog! He loves to make the shot (or at least try). He hollers "pass!" all the time when someone else on his team has the ball, but when they do the same he does not pass, he sneaks to his spot and shoots.
After the scrimmage, the kids were all awarded medals. So cute and exciting for them to have such an honor!
Then it was time for cupcakes!!! Brayden being the sweet tooth that he is, was also super excited for this! He definitely learned some new skills. He says he does enjoy basketball. He would like to play it again in the future. Next on the agenda for sports is T-ball season! Both Brayden and Brock will be playing this year with Brad as their coach. So come end of March and early April our household will be t-ball mania. Watch out!
