The Winter Concert at the boys' school this year was for K-2nd grade, which meant that Brock got to perform with his classmates. They had practiced during music class and he even sang some at home.  :) There was a rehearsal during the day and then the evening performance. Brylee didn't want in the picture, but here are my guys before the show started: The school sent this video link of the dress rehearsal: Brock did really well! All the kids were adorable! So fun to welcome the holidays with the kids performing on stage. :)

Halloween is always fun around here. The kids love it! We had Dominic and Isabella over too for the day and to go trick or treating.   Brylee had a class party that I got to attend. They sang songs and danced.  They also decorated a yummy sugar cookie!   Decorations around the house...  All the kids in costume! And I amazed and surprised everyone by dressing as a scarecrow and painting my face to look the part. End of evening haul!  Group picture!!

We held our annual 4th of July party again this year.  I think we had the most people this year too! It was full of fun, games, pool, fireworks, and our own fire danger! We invited friends and family- old and new.  We spent the day setting up too. The pool had been up since June and thankfully we got a warm enough day that the kids could put it to good use.  We grilled up hot dogs and hamburgers and asked people to bring side dishes.  Brad and the kids help set up the corn hole, game table, ladder ball and many of my decorations.
