Dozer Day 2011

Dozer Day was a great adventure again this year.  The boys were excited to go see all the "tractors" again.  We got there about 15 minutes before they opened on Saturday.  It is a 2 day event and last year we were there in the afternoon and it was pretty busy.  All the lines were long and we barely managed to find a couple shorter lines so the boys would not have to wait forever to ride a tractor. 
Well, getting there early proved to not be a great idea either.  We stood in a LONG line to wait until they opened (what is 15 minutes people!?!).  Guess lots of people had the same idea! After getting in we b-lined it over to the tractors to get a few rides in right away.  It worked out perfectly and we did not have to wait in a line over 10 minutes! 
Brock did not want to go ride the tractors once we got there (he had been talking about it for days).  He changed his mind and clung near me for a while.  Brayden on the other hand took full advantage!

By the mid afternoon it was packed and the lines were over 40 minutes long to get on a tractor.  This is when we decided to call it a day! The kids were hungry and tired and we had fulfilled out Dozer Day wishes.  The boys loved the Articulated Dump Truck ride back to the exit.  Third year in a row and Dozer Day did not disappoint!  We will be back again next year.
